Jiangsu Software Park Established on 29th Dec. 2000, Jiangsu Software Park is a software industrial base approved by People’s Government of Jiangsu Province and enjoys various beneficial policies for the development of software industry and integrated circuit Industry at national, provincial and municipal level. In July 2001, the Park was named National Software Industrial Base by the National Reform & Development Committee and IT Department. In November 2005, it was identified as software industrial base of the National Torch Plan. The National Software Industrial Base (Jiangsu) Incubator & Development Center is located in the east of Zijin Mountain, a place called Xuzhuang (Nanjing Xianxi new city). It is one of the key projects of 2006 Nanjing Top Ten Modern Service Industry, with a total area of 233,000m2 . Other parameters are: construction area 150,000 m2 , plot ratio 0.69, and greening rate 64.14%. The Center is invested and developed by Jiangsu Software Industry Co. Ltd.. Based on the modern intelligent creativeness and combined with architectural complexes of both business and service oriented, the building groups are divided into international R&D zone, independent R&D zone and public installation zone.

Considering the unique ecological advantage of Zijin Mountain scenic area, we transformed natural elements into the ecological environment, using the shape and conception of POD, the fruit of leguminous plant for designing. The design fully utilized the original landform to build a modernized ecological park in a classic but vigorous style.

The center is planned and designed as the gateway and headquarter of Jiangsu Software Park. After completion, it will become the professional center for software development, production, exhibition, and talent training and technical exchange at municipal or even provincial level. With beneficial policies, plenty of talents, rich funds from various channels and active market, it can provide excellent development space for enterprises home and abroad.

The center is the last green land in the city area of Nanjing that can be used for industrial development. East to Xianlin University City and Ningwu Railway, south to Xianlin Avenue, a broad road with natural beauty of 140 meters wide, north to 312 National Highway and west to the city ring road, the unique geographical advantage makes the center the golden area for R&D as well as life, the heaven to all men with innovative spirit.

Airline: the center is 23 kilometers to Nanjing Lukou International Airport, which has lines to the US, Japan, Thailand, and Hongkong etc.

Railway: the center is only 5 kilometers to Nanjing Railway Station, which is the railway hub connecting Center China, East China and North China. Jinpu, Huning, Ningwu railway lines all joint here, with cargo transportation reaching all major cities throughout China.

Nanjing Port: the center is 5 kilometers to the port of Nanjing, the No.1 major port of inland rivers in Asia. It is 347 kilometers east to sea entrance, with 16 berths for ships more than 10 hundred thousand tons, and annual cargo throughput reaching above 50 million tons.

Highway: with highways spreading in all directions, the center is 3 kilometers to East Nanjing Coach Station, connected with 104 and 312 national highway, Ninghe, Ningma, Ninglian and Huning highway and the ring road.

Metros: metro line 4 in planning will go through the park from the underground, whilst line 2 is right next to the southeast of the park.

Bus: 5 bus lines are available near the park, i.e. No. 50, No. 70, No. 71, No. 97 and No. 309.

The park provides special shuttles from and to the city.

East city line: Zhonghua Gate → Kazi Gate（IKEA）→ Yixian Bridge（Yuexing Furnitures）→Zhongshan Gate → Maqun → Jiangsu Software Park Xuzhuang Base
