On 5th May, the annual shareholders’ meeting 2008 of Nanjing Guoxin Jinzhi Innovative Investment Center was convened in the Park. Vice General Manager of Guoxin Group Mr. Huang Dongfeng, General Manager of Software Industry Stock Co., Ltd Mr. Li Yisheng, GM Assistan Mr. Cheng Zhiyan, and other members of Guoxin Jinzhi Team attended the meeting. In the meeting, participants listened and discussed the work report since establishment, analyzed current problems, and proposed suggestions for future work.
Invested by Guoxin Group, Software Industry Stock Co., Ltd.and Nanjing Guoxin Jinzhi Innovative Investment Ltd., Guoxin Jinzhi Innovative Investment Center was founded in February 2008 and is dedicated in providing investment and value-added services to high tech related projects. It plays an active role in upgrading the finance support system of Jiangsu Software Park.
