On 23rd September 2008, a specified international communication channel was built and enabled for software and information service outsourcing. It’s a very important part of provincial cooperation and also an important measure taken by the industrial and information department to support the development of Jiangsu software industry as well as software and information service outsourcing.

     The specified channel consists of 2 sets of four 155M lines (4 are provided by Telecom and 4 by Unicom). It is designed for the key software and information service outsourcing enterprises at national and provincial level. The service price is regulated below 150% of normal broadband fees, of which 30% is subsidized by provincial finance department, making the usage fees only 5% higher than the original broadband. Enterprises who want to access the specified channel should acquire recommendation from the Park and go through the approval process.
